You have the right to ask us to delete your account and the personal data associated with it. This page explains how to submit a request, what gets deleted, and how long it takes.

Send an email to the address at the bottom of this page with the subject "Account deletion request", stating:

• The username of the account to be deleted.
• If you sign in with Google or Facebook: which of the two you use.
• The email must be sent FROM the address linked to that account.

We only act on requests sent from the address linked to the account. It is the only way we can confirm the sender owns the account — otherwise anyone who knows your username could have your account deleted.

If the account has no email address linked to it, please contact in-game support and we will explain another way to verify ownership.

We confirm receipt within 72 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days of verifying that you own the account.

• Username, hashed password, email address and phone number if present.
• The link to your Google or Facebook account, along with the user ID and display name received from those services.
• Your in-game character, items, wallet balance and progress.
• Sign-in logs and recorded IP addresses.

Records of top-up transactions are retained for the period required by accounting and tax law, even after the account is deleted. What remains is the order reference, amount and time; it is no longer tied to the deleted account and is not used to identify you.

We are not permitted to delete these before the statutory period expires — this is a legal obligation, not a choice on our part.

Deletion CANNOT BE UNDONE. Once complete, you permanently lose your character, all items and any remaining balance. We do not refund amounts already paid and cannot restore them, even if you change your mind immediately afterwards.

If you simply want to stop playing for a while, you do not need to delete your account — just sign out and come back whenever you like.

If you only want to disconnect Google or Facebook while keeping your character, you can revoke the game's access in your Google or Facebook app settings. Your game account stays intact; next time you sign in with your username and password as usual.
