By creating an account and playing the game, you agree to the terms below.

• You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done under your account.
• Each person should use only their own account. We do not support selling, renting or transferring accounts, and we do not mediate disputes arising from it.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

• Use automation software, memory editing tools, or any other means of altering how the game runs.
• Exploit game bugs for gain instead of reporting them to us.
• Create accounts in bulk to abuse promotions or new-player rewards.
• Harass, defraud or threaten other players.
• Attack or probe our server systems for vulnerabilities.

Items, in-game currency and any other virtual value are a right of use granted by us within the game. They are not your property and cannot be exchanged for real money.

We may adjust, replace or discontinue an item for game balance reasons. Where the change is significant, we give notice in the game beforehand.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. For serious breaches — cheating, attacking our systems, defrauding other players — suspension may be immediate and without refund of amounts already paid.

If you believe your account was suspended in error, please contact support and we will review the system logs.

Top-ups are processed through payment partners. Once the value has been credited to your account, the transaction is considered complete.

If you were charged but did not receive the value, contact support with the transaction reference — we will reconcile it with the payment partner and resolve it.

We may update these terms. The new version takes effect on the date shown at the top of this page. Continuing to play after that date means you accept the new version.
